I'm working on a virtual start-up and am looking to sublease
a lab bench/lab space to perform basic molecular biology. Ideally I'd like a
3-6 month term to perform proof-of-concept work, but it could take a bit
longer.  I have a small collection equipment, but need a better
suited space, and possibly access to additional equipment. I have a day job, so access would be mostly
weekends/evenings.
