We are seeking one or two small companies to sublease part of a 4,500 sf ready to use Biotech lab facility. We are flexible on the distribution of space, but ideally we would like to sublease a minimum of 1,000 sf to each company, or the entire amount (2,000 sf, flexible) to one company. The space is available immediately.

The space is nice and quite affordable, about $2.7/sf with all utilities included (except phone and internet service). The facility has offices, bench, tissue culture, chemistry hoods, and shared facilities (break room, restrooms, small conference room, warehouse). The distribution of space is very nice, with open areas and windows and relatively few hallways. We are looking at a 12-24 month term, but we are flexible with the terms of the sublease.
