go to www.grants.gov to register your company before you can apply for grants (full official instructions for registering your company can be found here).

 Triple Net Lease (NNN) – Tenant pays proportionate share of taxes, insurance and maintenance of the building. Tenant is also responsible for own utilities & janitorial inside the Leased premises.
